Bronchitis?

I was diagnosed with 'a bit of bronchitis' 3 weeks ago, while abroad, I completed 10 day course of augmentin (in case of secondary infection). But still don't feel right, I haven't had a cough, but feeling of general malaise- a bit like the onset of a cold, occasional small amounts of phlegm (bloodied twice) and some discomfort in different areas of back/ ribcage. could it be anything more sinister? i.e. pnuemonia, tb etc?
