How does "Capitalism" jive with "Love thy neighbor"?

How many Christians specifically say I hate my neighbor. Also Capitalism is about helping those in the most efficient way possible. Look at the USSR they nationalized their food industry from farming, all the way to the markets, and millions in the USSR starved. In the US the food production industry is privately owned so while everyone might not be able to afford food, those that can might give some to those that can't afford food. Now which system is more generous.
