Can my landlord legally give me less than 10 hrs to move out without servibg me an eviction notice?
i live in upstate ny and my rent has yet to be paid for this month, i have not recieved an eviction notice yet my landlord came to my house today and told me that i have til the end of the day to vacate. can she do that?
