How long does it take for a letter to arrive from Louisiana to Texas?

Reason I ask is because I mailed out a letter containing 2 money order in the amount of $343.35n each on Feb.8,2008 and were the 21st. already and I called the number on the back of the western union money order reciept and it tells me that it is not an authorization meaning the money order has not been cashed. I am so worried because that is alot of money and it's 2 truck payments. Please help what can I do?
