Christians: why did your god change its mind about men with crushed testicles not being allowed in church?

In the Old Testament, the god in those stories clearly states that men with crushed testicles should not be allowed in places of worship. But apparently the messiah's alleged coming relegated laws like this obsolete. Whatever spin you put on this, your god changed its mind about men with crushed testicles. What made your god change its mind? And, why won't your god heal men with crushed testicles so they can go to church without having to worry about being kicked out by the security guard who stands at the door making sure no men with crushed testicles get in?
