ABNORMAL PAP SMEAR AFTER LEEP PROCEDURE?

I was diagnosed with HPV mild dyplasia in 2002. After that my pap smears came back normal until now. My result came back abnormal and doc said its low sli? Doctor told me i need to get a pap smear in 4 months again. Has anyone been on this same situation if so did doc perform a leep again? Im scared that i will have to get hysterectomy? Also the day of pap smear i had l vaginitis could that caused an abnormal reading?
