Could i be pregnant ? and would it show up in a blood test for anemia/diabetes etc?

iv had lots of pregnany symptoms, but iv been on for the last few months. my belly is getting bigger as well. i tink ide be about 3-4 months so i know it wouldbe unlikey but i just have wierd feeling.
