How dose evolution adn the bible work? If adam and eve where supposed to be first how do the cavemen fit?

i was in english cl and we we're talking about dinoasaurs so i asked myself if god created dinoasours. which made me think of my history cl and how the cavemen were the first humans. which made me think of my relidon. And adma and eve where supposed to be first. HOW DOSE IT ALL FIT?!?!??!
