If Clark Kent had become a GreenLantern instead of SM would he have been the most powerful Lantern of all time?

Eh, I don't necessary think so. He might've been though. Look at Sodam Yat. He has all the powers of Superman and the only reason he was the most powerful was because the Ion entity was living inside of him.
