Internet has stopped working...please help?

Have you tryed unpluging it and hold it like that for 10 seconds? if that still dosnt work how old is your router? mabey its life has come to an end or you may have to just replace it. I had the same issue about a week ago and i fixed it by just getting rid of my router and buying a modem instead. Also you can try calling your ISP although im sure they dont do things with routers unless they issued you it.
