Does anyone find it strange that there is nothing really special planned for Monday Night RAW?

Ok so Hulk Hogan is coming to TNA and already they have Jeff Jarret, Mick Foley, Tara (Victoria), Scott Steiner, Sting, Kurt Angle, Booker T, Kevin Nash, and Taz. TNA is really booming, yet again so was WCW when it had all of WWE's big listers. Now TNA is having a special Monday night three hour show. So far I have heard nothing out of the ordinary that WWE is doing for Monday Night RAW and TNA comes on from eight to eleven. Does the WWE not consider TNA a threat because WCW already did something just like this and lost horribly in the end? Who do you think will win if this turns into another Monday Night War?
