IBPS Online Reistration.?

I have already paid the amount for IBPS Registration, but the Online Registration website www.ibps.in is not working for 2-3 days. Is there any other site I can register on? The last date is 31st July 2011 and I am worried to get my registration. Should not they extend the date of registration in this case if their website cannot handle the traffic?
