Magical objects for "muggles"?

Other than the Harry Potter items, all the items you listed were used by beings that weren't "born" a witch/wizard. You can't really go mixing all these things up as each story has it's own rules. The only things from the Harry Potter stories that wouldn't work for a Muggle would be the Elder Wand, a broom stick and possibly the sorting hat. The other things mentioned would work for anyone as long as they had the "directions".
