Phyllo dough filled with cheese?

I'm looking for a recipe for Phyllo dough (triangles) filled with melted cheese..(nacho cheese? I just remember the cheese being yellow, and it wasn't cheddar.) I've searched it everywhere online, and I can't seem to find a recipe for it. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
