Who do I CONTACT?????

take a break ... your very upset . i completely understand why though !! i would say if it isnt much money then i would write it off . if you paid with a credit card call the CC company and tell them and they will direct you as to what to do . most CC companies can go back on the sellers and take the money back !!! good luck !!
